We are looking for a recruiter to join our corporate team in Lawrence, KS.     • Able to network, generate, leverage and promote talent for the success of the organization
    • Utilizes social media to build Bear Communications employment brand
    • Monitor social media to ensure positive company representation
    • Demonstrate a full understanding of all client needs expressing urgency, meeting deadlines and responsiveness to candidate acquisition
    • Identify candidates for entry to different level positions to ensure the best match of skills and abilities to the needs of the position and the company
    • Full life-cycle recruiting; sourcing and candidate generation, cold calling, resume searching, prospecting, assessing, negotiating and closing
    • Responsible for maintaining Applicant Tracking System including tracking for accuracy and report generation
    • Conduct first round, pre-screening interviews with candidates
    • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments
    • Assist with day to day operations of human resources


    • A minimum of one year utilizing an Applicant Tracking System 
    • Telecommunications industry experience a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years relevant experience
    • Travel up to 25% of the time
