And…we are looking for a Warehouse Clerk that coordinates and/or performs the receiving and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse.

 

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk is primarily responsible for building product orders for outgoing loads for placement on route delivery trucks in an accurate, timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors equipment locations and utilization and reports any discrepancies
  • Loads and unloads product from trucks and/or railcars, using forklift and/or crane as necessary
  • Pulls inventory from storage to fill customer orders
  • Matches shipping and receiving orders to accurately track inventory as necessary
  • Prints tags and enters information for Bill of Ladings as necessary
  • Attends job-related training that may include initial training, refresher training, and product and service updates
  • And any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred
  • Previous experience operating a forklift is required
  • Knowledge and Training
  • Must have knowledge of basic computer, mathematics, language and reasoning skills

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather (i.e. snow, rain, wind, etc.) if required
  • Must be able to work in various environments/settings with moderate to loud noise levels

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds repeatedly
  • Must be able to push and pull up to one-hundred (100) pounds repeatedly
  • Must be able to sit, stand, stop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
  • Must be able to use full-range of motion in fingers, hand and wrists to operate necessary tools/equipment, including power tools and package equipment
  • Must be able to distinguish different colors of wire
