    Responsibilities

    • Supervises the OHSA Compliance Coordinator and Field Safety AuditorAssist the corporate Safety Director in the development and implementation of the project safety program. Set, review and implement health safety best practices in order to minimize
    • accidents and injuries.
    • Analyze incident and accident trends in order to prevent recurrence.
    • Regularly identify, develop, coordinate, and conduct safety training.
    • Frequently investigate and document safety and claim related incidents.
    • Identify and correct hazards through assistance and education.
    • Establish and conduct jobsite safety onboarding for every new employee for the project.
    • Attend all initial meetings with the Project Staff to clearly define their role within the confines ofthe Project Safety Program.
    • Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each business unit 
    • Drive a proactive culture of safety through thought leadership and prevention 

    Qualifications

    • Progressively responsible administrative assistant experience supporting management level personnel
    • Proficient in Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and database computerized systems
    • Ability to manage workload effectively including plan, coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
    • Ability to communicate through written correspondence and verbally
    • Ability to use good judgment to make decisions
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to audit invoices for compliance with contracts
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce

    • Must be a legal citizen or have appropriate clearance to work in the United States for any employer
