The Project Coordinator is an entry level administrative position. The coordinator works closely with the Sr. Project Coordinator, project managers, supervisors and other operations staff to help manage the full life cycle of a variety of construction projects. 


  • Track the progress of work being performed by construction
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
  • Communicate ideas for improving field processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
  • Keep the Senior Project Coordinator and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations qualifications


  • Experience in construction industry preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of development projects
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio and other MS Office Suite of products
  • Knowledge of the fiber-optics network construction a plus
  • Familiarity with construction methods and related codes
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills essential to job success
