We are searching for candidates with a strong commitment to providing exceptional, quality work for our clients as well as support for our management team and field employees. We are looking for a n HR generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude who is flexible to change, likes a fast paced work environment, enjoys team camaraderie and is looking to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations
  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees
  • Onboards employees and subcontractors
  • Supports the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Works closely with Corporate HR team 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR
  • Telecommunications industry experience a plus
  • Knowledge working with prior ATS (preferably iCIMS)
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Some travel may be required
