Summary:

The Project Administrator is primarily responsible for providing administrative and office support to the management team and installation techs.

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative, office management and employment tasks in support of Bear Communications’ satellite locations
  • Maintain departmental billing records and accounts
  • Prepares reports, purchase orders and general correspondence
  • Works with Senior Project Administrator to ensure timely and accurate payroll information
  • Assists with answering questions and inquiries from customers
  • And any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred

Knowledge and Training

  • Must have knowledge of basic computer, mathematics, language and reasoning skills
  • Must have exceptional writing, communication and editing skills

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work in various environments/settings with moderate to loud noise levels
  • Must exude a friendly and professional demeanor and communicate effectively with employees and customers
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, stop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
  • Must be able to use full-range of motion in fingers, hand and wrists to operate necessary tools/equipment
