The Technical Training and Development Manager to devise our Bear Fulfillment organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty and bottom line impact to the organization. The training manager work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific position vertical, and the overall needs of the company. The training managers must have background in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.

The position responsibilities include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work. Leads design and delivery of technical training programs. Determines training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs and specific skill or knowledge gaps. Manages the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, handouts, hands on exercises and training evaluations. Establishes processes to monitor results of training participants and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Assess and manage any contractors utilized to deliver specialized training. May manage IT, product, or equipment training depending on the requirements of specific markets


  • Uses established content to deliver business-as-usual training
  • Facilitates learning in an on-the-job training environment
  • Facilitates written and hands-on assessments
  • Coaches learners to performance expectations
  • Manages classroom, including attendance tracking & maintains a safe learning environment
  • Responsible for partnering with HR & business leaders on employee issues and/or concerns (e.g., onboarding questions, ADA concerns, employee relations issues, inappropriate behavior, etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring new employees complete HR & compliance onboarding training as applicable
  • Reviews course evaluations and implements improvements or makes suggestions for improvements based on results
  • Provides training updates to business partners (OM’s, Supervisors, President, Director, VP)
  • Maintains training facilities
  • Completes administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, including records of training activity


  • Minimum 5 years Major MSO Installation/Service experience
  • Must pass extensive background check
  • Working knowledge of MSO Performance Metrics (CSAT, NPS, Rework, QPR, FCR
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver formal presentations and/or training content
  • Understanding of adult learning methods
  • Charismatic teaching skills to adult learners and drive for ongoing learning
  • Ability to interpret evaluation results/feedback and adjust to improve performance
  • Experience coaching others using cooperative coaching methods
  • Demonstrates adaptability by responding to changing situations and priorities in a positive way
  • Builds and sustains relationships with co-workers
  • Effectively manages time and priorities and follows through on commitments
